Inside this special little bottle is a family favorite. This sauce is made from our family's wine, Mia's Playground, just as my Mom, Nancy makes it. More than a mother, she has been my friend and my inspiration, and I hope from this savory sauce, you get little taste of what she means to me.

With a sweet and tangy flavor, Mia's Kitchen Wine Reduction Sauce can be used in a variety of dishes. By infusing foods with the aromas and flavors of Chardonnay, this wine sauce will enhance your favorite food and wine pairings.

For a twist on traditional favorites, Mia's Kitchen Wine Reduction Sauce can be used in salad dressing recipes, or added to a dish of extra virgin olive oil as a dipping sauce for sliced baguette or focaccia. It's also a great addition to marinades.

The Chardonnay sauce is delicious with spring rolls, pot stickers, and shellfish dishes. Mix it into mayonnaise, with a little garlic, to make a quick aioli, as a dip for sweet potato fries and steamed artichokes, or as a dressing for a roasted turkey sandwich.
