2007 Napa Valley Chardonnay
Light straw in color, the bouquet boasts aromas of wisteria blossom, vanilla custard, and fresh mango. The 2007 vintage SKN Chard has crisp acidity with flavors of lemon sorbet, clover honey, sweet grapefruit, green apple, and a hint of lemongrass and integrated French oak.
We would recommend pairings with grilled chicken over a bed of spring mix salad and mandarin orange slices with an Asian vinaigrette; or fresh ceviche of shrimp, scallops, and fish with home-baked corn tortilla chips; or salmon cooked in a bamboo steamer with bok choy, water chestnuts, and ginger over jasmine rice.
