2007 Napa Valley Merlot

Dark Ruby in color with aromas of bourbon soaked cherries, earl grey tea, and candied orange peel, our 2007 Napa Merlot has flavors of fresh Bing cherries, cinnamon tea, dried strawberries, and soft French oak with subtle hints of vanilla and rhubarb.

This Merlot would pair wonderfully with eggplant ratatouille over egg noodles with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano cheese; a mushroom and herb stuffed pork chops over mashed potatoes; or a seared flank steak with a bourbon pan sauce and buttered carrots with wild rice.
